A string of product houses have signed a partnership deal with spa and wellness training specialist The Training Room.

Decléor, Sweet Squared/CND Shellac, Spa Find and Lava Shells are among the companies set to collaborate with the UK-based training company.

The partnership will see students learn about the specialist treatments and gain advanced skills regarding the products, while the product houses will benefit from increased brand awareness among the spa professionals of the future.

Decléor will provide products for The Training Room’s premium courses, such as the ITEC Level 3 Beauty Therapy, while natural mineral brand Spa Find will be incorporated as part of the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments and ITEC Facial training.

A lava shells relax massage course will also be introduced, while nail brand Sweet Squared/CND Shellac has partnered to accredit one of The Training Room’s qualifications.

“Each of these globally recognised brands represent an innovative treatment that really strengthens our course offering and sets us apart from the rest,” said Laura Sheridan, head of beauty and wellbeing at The Training Room.

“The support, training and business knowledge will prove invaluable to anyone looking to accelerate their career and see success in the industry.”

Ian Bailey, account director at Decléor UK, added: “We look forward to supporting the new talent by providing additional guidance and skills to students – who we hope will later become part of our team."

The Training Room recently secured a number of corporate partners in the spa industry, including Cowshed, Lifehouse Spa, Urban Massage, Vebena Spa and Center Parcs.

Launched in 2006, The Training Room offers a range of fully accredited courses in wellness and beauty therapy.
