No matter what industry you’re a part of, valuing and prioritising wellbeing as a fundamental weave through your brand, operations and delivery is as necessary as the air you breathe
– Anni Hood
Knowledge, insights and analysis platform, Well Intelligence, is hosting a six-week masterclass series focused on incorporating the deepening culture of wellness into business in a COVID-19 landscape.

The series will outline how businesses, government, leadership, society and individuals can find practical and focused routes to sustainable success in a world touched by the pandemic and beyond.

Hood explained that the course has been created as “as a roadmap for re-imagining sustainable business and living with core human values at the centre”. She also revealed that industry figures Julian Ranger, Claudia Roth and Nici Harrison, will contribute as guest speakers.

“No matter what industry you’re a part of, valuing and prioritising wellbeing as a fundamental weave through your brand, operations and delivery is as necessary as the air you breathe,” she said.

“That means more conscious leadership, reacting to new consumer priorities, it means awareness of employee expectations, social value as a given, technology collaborations for scale and efficiency, policies that reflect societal needs and mental health as a primary focus.”

Called Wellbeing in a Post-Covid World, the series will include seminars hosted every Tuesday evening beginning 26 January at 4pm-7pm, for six weeks thereafter.

The weekly syllabus is as follows:
– Week one: Defining business priorities and the shift in consumer habits and expectations
– Week two: Policymaker attention, social innovation, impact and value
– Week three: Conscious leadership; what it means, why it matters, where to begin?
– Week four: ‘Consensual’ employment contracts, supply chain value and financial wellbeing
– Week five: Technology
– Week six: Loneliness, mental health, sustainable living and strategies for business success

Costing £900 (US$1,231, €1,014) per person, the schedule includes a 60 minute 1-2-1 consultation, 18 hours of expert insight, discussion and coaching and week-to-week support and guidance.

Plus, all participants will have access to The Well Intelligence’s network for introductions, products, skills and specialist support.
