New consumer wellness magazine launches

New wellness-focused free consumer magazine Balance launched yesterday in London,
with copies of the monthly given out in Tube stations by people dressed in funky clothes
and wigs, who danced around handing out free copies of the inaugural “happy issue.”

Nira Spa. Rawat hales from Rishikesh, in the foothills of the Himalayas in North India,
which many consider the birthplace of yoga, and brings extensive experience and

Researchers studying remote Italian village to find secrets of healthy ageing
