Hilton to open new property in Egypt in 2013

Hilton Worldwide is set to open a new hotel in Alexandria next year - its second Hilton Hotels & Resorts
property in Egypt. Following a management agreement with Delta for Tourism & Hotels Company, the hotel
will feature 158 guestrooms, a spa and health club as well as a private beach and an outdoor pool.

Starwood to open W Mumbai

Starwood Hotels is set to open India's first W Hotel in the city of Mumbai in 2015. The 325-bedroom W
Mumbai will
form part of the Namaste Tower, a skyscraper designed by UK-based engineers WS Atkins. Facilities at the
hotel will include a Bliss Spa and Sweat-branded health club. W is Starwood's luxury boutique brand which
currently has a portfolio of 65 properties.
