At AKT Group we work with one intention:
to care for every guest experience as if it were our own.
– Angelica Maran and Laurent Malbert, co-founders

Many professionals have known us through C.O.D.E. and Skyy, two distinct brands shaping premium and luxury massage beds and wellness furniture.
Today, we present AKT Group — not just an umbrella, but our Franco–Italian platform connecting design, innovation and scalable bio-technologies across:

C.O.D.E. – design-driven, custom-oriented

Skyy – accessible premium solutions

AKTMe – bespoke furniture

• LIFE WELLTECH – our internal R&D division

This integration allows us to move beyond a traditional catalogue and offer an evolving, modular ecosystem.
Our biotechnologies are designed to be scalable, upgradable and operationally effective, supporting both the guest experience and long-term ROI for spas and hospitality projects.

Recent events and collaborations

We recently joined Domodeco in France, connecting with a select circle of architects and interior designers exploring next-generation, cozy, wellness environments.

Shortly after, we took part in Termalia 2025 in Brașov as event sponsors, with the talk “From passive to proactive” inviting professionals to rethink the massage bed as an active tool and operational partner in modern spa design.

In April 2026, we will be at the Congrès International Esthétique & Spa in Paris, where Skyy renews its sponsorship of the Trophy of the Best Signature Treatment, a concrete way to support the talent and expertise that enhance our industry.

AKT Group is a unified, future-oriented ecosystem — shaping wellness spaces where design, intelligence and technology evolve together.

• We believe wellness is not an option. It is a standard

• We believe design holds meaning only when it serves human signature

• We believe technology must be silent, almost invisible – yet strongly purposeful

"At AKT Group we create massage beds, loungers, bespoke furnishings and biotechnologies with one intention:
to care for every guest experience as if it were our own," says Angelica Maran, CEO and co-founder.

"This is our commitment. This is the future of conscious wellness."
