On day two of the highly-anticipated 2025 ISPA Conference, world-renowned restaurateur Will Guidara will take to the main stage to present tried-and-true insights into fostering remarkable hospitality at every checkpoint of the guest journey.
A respected hospitality guru, Guidara is best known for leading the legendary NYC restaurant Eleven Madison Park to being voted The World’s Best Restaurant in 2017. He shares his story and the tactics behind this success in his bestselling book Unreasonable Hospitality. Guidara's expertise and visionary leadership also saw him being hand-picked to provide real-world insights as a co-producer on the award-winning hit TV show The Bear.
During his slot at the event, Guidara will receive the 2025 ISPA Visionary Award before sharing the stage with his wife and two-time James Beard award-winning chef and best-selling author Christina Tosi.
Tosi is poised to magnify and multiply Guidara’s impact at the conference, as the power couple walked the walk for years before they set out to talk the talk and inspire other business leaders to commit to an unyielding pursuit of exceptional service and hospitality.
From hosting the show Bake Squad to founding Milk Bar, Tosi’s numerous accomplishments include her latest book Bake Club, which brings her expertise to the fore as a hit recipe book full of known favourites and future classics.
