| ISPA celebrates 25 years |

The International SPA Association (ISPA) will present a host of high-profile keynote speakers at the 25th annual ISPA Conference and Expo at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada from 19 to 21 October, 2015.
“The general sessions ignite the energy within our attendees each morning, they bring the spa community together to learn from thought-provoking speakers, and challenge us to reflect within ourselves,” says ISPA chairman Michael Tompkins.
Monday’s general session will kick off with a focus on technology. Randi Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media, will present 10 Trends in Tech You Need to Know Right Now. Dr. Pamela Peeke, internationally recognised expert, physician, scientist and author in integrative medicine, will also take the stage.
Tuesday will share a boost of inspiration as the general session will highlight Amy Purdy, American actress, model, former spa professional, world-class snowboarder and 2014 Paralympic bronze medalist, co-founder of Adaptive Action Sports, professional motivational speaker, clothing designer and author.
Wednesday’s closing general session will include a moving presentation from Scott Harrison, philanthropist and charity: water CEO. Additionally, attendees will hear from Alice Waters, chef, author, and the proprietor of Chez Panisse, as she will be on hand to accept the 2015 Alex Szekely ISPA Humanitarian Award.
In addition to the general session speakers, more than twenty outstanding speakers will share their expertise during the professional development sessions. The quality of ISPA’s educational offerings, developed specifically for today’s spa professional, can’t be found anywhere else.
