Schletterer Wellness and Spa Design has created The Holistic Cocooning system.
Part of the system – which is meant to be included within a holistic spa solution – comprises of a treatment bed with a heated air filled mattress.
The bed sways in harmonious rhythm with the guest’s breathing, which encourages the respiratory pattern to be lowered from 12 to as low as eight breaths per minute. This in turn helps to have a soothing and relaxing effect on their mind and body.
Another part of the system features a digital questionnaire used to reveal a guest’s temperament. Based on their answers, the treatment will then be personalised.
This therapeutic concept is based on the teachings of the four temperaments which encourages positive emotions and appeases negative emotions.
Additional functions like wet packs, body wraps and soap brush massages can be offered, thus integrating a whole holistic cocooning room with an outstanding design this treatment promises to be an unforgettable experience.
