| Sothys has launched a make up collection inspired by the city of Paris |

Luxury French beauty brand, Sothys has launched a limited edition makeup collection.
Available as a retail line for spas, the six-piece collection, called Echappée parisienne, was inspired by Paris' effortless glamour and consists of an eyeshadow pencil, nail lacquer, eyeliner Rouge Intense lipstick, Rouge Mat lipstick and brow powder.
Retailing at £16, the eyeshadow is a self-sharpening pencil that is designed to offer one-swipe application. It features a long-lasting cream texture with an iridescent finish, and comes in a golden-taupe shade, designed to give wearers brighter eyes.
The nail lacquer, which also forms part of the Vernis Sothys collection, is an autumnal plum shade called Prune République. It features a flat brush, designed to offer easy coverage, as well as deliver a glossy, plump finish and is formulated with almond oil to protect and care for the nails.
The Calligraphy eyeliner, which retails for £18.50, is a matte black felt tip liner that was inspired by calligraphy pens. It boasts a long lasting formula, as well as a unique shape that is designed to give users an 'intuitive hold' to allow for more precise application.
Available in a new shade, Bois de Rose Vaugirard, a 'shimmering rosewood' colour, the Rouge Intense lipstick features a creamy moisturising texture with a satin finish. While Rouge Mat is billed as a 'velvet-effect lipstick' and is designed to offer a matte finish whilst still being comfortable to wear. The new shade, Prune République, is a deep berry shade, and is formulated to have a 'second-skin effect.'
Finally, the brow powder, blled as an 'essential ally for impeccably groomed brows', the brow powder retails at £29.50 and is available in two shades: taupe universel and brun universel. The finely-milled powder is designed to coat the brows, adding definition and volume, for well-groomed, natural looking eyebrows.
