Zinc comes to Glasgow

Conran's are opening the fifth Zinc Bar and Grill in the Princess Square shopping centre in Glasgow next June.

Hot on the heels of new openings in Manchester, Edinburgh and Birmingham, the 130-seat restaurant and bar will serve healthy, modern dishes in an informal environment, which Conran claim will be glamorous yet affordable and relaxed.

Zinc is the main focus for the expansion of our restaurant business in the UK, said chief executive of Conran Holdings, Des Gunewardena. The first Zinc Bar and Grill opened in 1997 in central London.
