Seed to Skin Tuscany has unveiled two new products as part of The Restorative Collection, designed for sensitive and compromised skin.

The Rescue Cleanse and The Recovery Cream have been developed to address redness, burning, dryness, flare-ups and rosacea-like sensitivity. The collection was created in response to a growing number of skin conditions linked to environmental stress and compromised skin barriers.

The formulations have been created to be used in sequence to restore barrier integrity, calm inflammatory pathways and re-establish equilibrium in the skin.

The Rescue Cleanse is a silky product that emulsifies on the skin when water is added. It is said to lift away impurities while calming reactivity. Ingredients include the brand’s proprietary hypericum and calendula macerated oil, avocado oil, olive leaf extract, Sicilian prickly pear, sativa oils, pink mineral clay and oil from the seeds of the evergreen Tamanu tree. This 100ml product has a retail price of £96 (US$122, €112).

The Recovery Cream is rich and hydrating and designed to leave the complexion smooth and comforted. This product’s ingredients include the reishi mushroom ferment, liquorice root, Chinese prickly ash and Acacia tree extracts, as well as chamomile extract bisabolol. This 50ml product has a retail price of £218 (US$277, €255).

Dr Anna Buonocore, cosmetologist and co-founder, Seed to Skin Tuscany, told Spa Business: “Compromised skin isn’t simply irritated – it reflects a weakened barrier and heightened inflammatory response. The Restorative Collection was designed to repair both. We've combined sub-micron ceramide technologies, plant exosomes and postbiotic ferments to accelerate barrier recovery and calm sensory stress at the source. These formulas don’t just soothe – they restore resilience through measurable results.”

Clinical evaluation of the products, when used together, found redness was visibly reduced by 23.5 per cent, dryness levels decreased by 30.8 per cent and participants reported a decrease in sensations such as burning, itching and discomfort.
