Waldorf Astoria expands 'Live Unforgettable' campaign with bespoke services
POSTED 07 Jan 2019 . BY Lauren Heath-Jones
The services, called Jet Lag Guru and Book Master, form part of the brand's 'Live Unforgettable' campaign and were created in response to traveller demand for bespoke experiences
Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is set to debut two new concierge services at its properties across the Middle East and Europe.

The services - Jet Lag Guru and Book Master - form part of the brand's 'Live Unforgettable' campaign and were created in response to traveller demand for luxurious bespoke experiences.

Jet Lag Guru, designed for weary travellers, enables guests to book one-to-one consultations with an on-site travel expert or 'Jet Lag Guru', who will advise guests on the best ways to treat symptoms of long-haul travel so they can make the most of their stay.

Guests will also be able to experience a range of treatments and rituals targeting jet lag, including Aromatherapy Associates' Jet Lag Cure at the Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri.

At the Trianon Palace Versailles, guests can partake in a 'restore your energy' detox lunch and a Spa Guerlain Deep Muscular massage.

Meanwhile, the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is offering 'night time tea' and a bath drawn by the hotel's 'Bath Master', and the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is offering the Neom Tranquility Bath, which features a soothing blend of nineteen pure essential oils, including English lavender and jasmine, to aid relaxation.

The Book Master service, available at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem, the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam and Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh - The Caledonian, will provide personalised book suggestions based on guest's interests, as well as recommend the best local bookshops and even arrange for specified books to be placed in the guests' rooms on request.

Dino Michael, global head of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, said: "For today's luxury travellers, providing personalised and tailored services is key to delivering truly unforgettable experiences."
