Global fitness franchise Anytime Fitness has opened a new gym in Ruislip Manor open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

The latest launch comes as Anytime Fitness seeks to continue quick growth across its UK portfolio, with the aim of reaching 200 sites in the next couple of years.

The Ruislip Manor club’s franchisee Matthew Capp is passionate about sport and fitness, so decided to take on the challenge of opening an Anytime Fitness franchise.

Inside the remodelled site, there is Precor equipment such as 16 pieces of cardiovascular equipment – including next-generation treadmills – as well as 13 stations of Precor Vitality Series strength equipment, two multi-stations, a Smith machine, four plate-loaded pieces and two Icarian power-cages.

Capp said: “Precor worked with us on the gym design from early stages and we are extremely happy with their plan.”

Precor also designed the floor layout for the facility, which features a multi-purpose room for personal training, as well as for stretching and circuit training.
