Subtle Energies appoints new regional director, EMEA / Victoria Dello Ioio

Subtle Energies widely recognised for its authentic wellness solutions and holistic skin science, announces the appointment of Victoria Dello Ioio as regional director, EMEA. The appointment marks a significant step in the brand's international growth strategy, bringing dedicated senior leadership to one of its most commercially important regions.

Victoria brings close to three decades of experience at the highest levels of the luxury spa industry. Her career spans global brands including Shiseido where she served as head of spa EMEA as well as senior roles at Natura Bissé and Sothys, where she led UK market expansion into the luxury hospitality sector. With extensive depth of her client relationships and her ability to build long-term commercial partnerships positions her to represent Subtle Energies across the breadth and complexity of the EMEA region.

In her new role, Victoria will lead commercial development, account management, training delivery and strategic partnership growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa; a region that already includes partnerships with some of the world's most iconic luxury properties. Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment for the brand. Subtle Energies has developed a tiered menu pathway that allows spa partners to enter at any level and build progressively into its most advanced clinical work, supported by a new online training platform offering flexible, scalable therapist development. For properties without machinery investment, the recently launched Advanced Lifting and Contour work deliver machine comparable results entirely through trained therapist technique.
