Amida Twickenham launches day spa membership scheme
POSTED 05 Oct 2004 . BY
Amida Racquets and Fitness Spa in Twickenham, UK, has launched a range of day spa memberships to encourage its current day spa guests to use the facilities regularly throughout the year.

The Silver, Gold and Platinum Day Spa Memberships allow guests to visit the health club and spa between six tand 12 times a year.

The Silver Spa Membership offers 12 visits a year during which guests have unlimited use of the 25m swimming pool, hydrotherapy and plunge pools, sauna, steamroom and sanarium, heated relaxation beds, drench showers as well as a half hour session in the deep relaxation room. Additonal spa treatments can be added as required.

Gold and Platinum memberships offer extra spa treatments as well the options of adding an hour of tennis, squash or badminton per visit or nine holes of golf.

With 25 day guests visiting the Amida spa each day, the facility is a significant part of the business, said spa manager Fiona Withers and the day spa memberships were a logical step.

“We’ve noticed that a significant number of our visitors don’t live close enough to the club to justify becoming a full member, yet they would still like to visit reasonably frequently,” she said.
