This week in the spa and wellness world, there’s been lots going on, with new industry numbers released, a project to create government transparency, and some stunning new spas lined up to debut.

At Spa Opportunities, we want to make sure you don’t miss any of the most exciting industry news, so we’re bringing you a roundup of the week’s top news.

The International Spa Association revealed its yearly benchmark figures for the US spa market, and things are looking up – revenues reached a record US$16.3bn. Click here to read more.

Also in the US, the folks behind Wellness Warrior are funding a new project that aims to make Congressional leaders’ voting records on health and wellness transparent.
