The first phase of a resort and spa development called Campeche Playa Marina, located in the city of Campeche in the Yucatan Peninsula in the southeast of Mexico will open early in 2008.

The resort will have more than 3,000 units, as well as two hotels with a combined 330 bedrooms, a spa, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, a 150-slip marina, a medical clinic and a carey turtle museum.

The construction of the property is scheduled to be completed in four phases, with a total build-out scheduled for 2010.
