Clinique and Bobbi Brown pop-up boutiques join luxury branded stores in Covent Garden, London

Standalone beauty pop-up boutiques by Clinique and Bobbi Brown have joined upper-scale brands Dior, Chanel and Burberry in the famous piazza of Covent Garden in London – to retail spa products in an intimate setting the way top luxury beauty products are sold.

The Great Skin Lab by Clinique is a pop-up offering, allowing customers to experience ‘a day in the life of your skin’ in digital pods, followed by a one-to-one consultation with a Clinique expert who tailors a skin regime to the individual’s needs. The digital pod experience takes clients through the stresses and strain facial skin is put under during the day. Topics range from how long skin cleansing routines should take daily, to how to protect against pigment-producing UV rays from the sun. Aimed at teaching customers about their skin, mini samples of customised products are given away.

Bobbi Brown’s The Studio, also in Covent Garden, offers an exclusive problem-solving make-up lesson that can be tailored to address specific beauty concerns. Individual make-up application lessons are also provided at this pop-up store, to help customers master beauty basics and as a way to retail products and limited edition stock.
