The Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Retreat is designed to offer ‘complete metamorphosis,’ and combines ayurvedic and alternative therapies with yoga, fitness and meditation
Thai wellness destination Dhara Dhevi is launching 11 new targeted wellness retreats designed to address a series of specific health objectives.

The 11 programmes include ayurvedic rejuvenation, back pain, women’s health, fitness, juice cleanse, stress management, rest & restore, meditation, spa vitality, weight management and Dheva beauty.

Each of the spa retreats includes accommodation, full board, airport transfers, participation in resort activities, use of the thermal spa facilities and private wellness consultations on arrival and departure. The programmes are tailored with the addition of individually prescribed treatments, classes and activities to address each guest’s health objectives.

The Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Retreat is designed to offer ‘complete metamorphosis,’ and combines ayurvedic and alternative therapies with yoga, fitness and meditation.

The Back Pain Retreat aims to restore balance and features therapies that release accumulated stress and trauma from the nervous system, removing impediments to the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the cranium and spinal cord.

The Women’s Health Retreat tackles hormonal imbalances in a dynamic way, incorporating activities, treatments and nutritional advice as well as luxury wellness treatments, cuisine, yoga and fitness classes. It also includes an energy field imaging scan, chakra energy assessment and general examination including pulse, eye, tongue and nail analysis.

The Fitness Retreat combines cardio and strength-building exercises and is designed to improve endurance, tone muscles enhance metabolism and heart functionality and increase flexibility. It also includes outdoor activities and wellness treatments.

The Juice Cleanse Retreat aims to help facilitate the body’s internal cleansing by having guests consume only raw vegetable, fruit juice and water for a short period of time.

The Stress Management Retreat is designed to address a sense of burnout and help guests regain deep rest and relaxation and to recover from stress and anxiety. The retreat adopts an integrated health approach to offer specific treatments, such as abdominal organ detox massage, thermal salt pot therapy and ayurvedic therapies, along with fitness sessions and coaching in natural effective stress management techniques.

The Rest & Restore Retreat aims to tackle headaches rooted in different causes, such as food, odours, irregularity, light sensitivity or sound sensitivity, and involves personalised treatments with personal trainers and health specialists for lifestyle guidance.

The Meditation Retreat helps guests escape the routines of daily life and immerse themselves in daily meditation practice, and is designed to give the support and guidance for renewal of creativity and passion for life.

The Spa Vitality Retreat is designed to help guests experience a sense of wholeness and enhance their life energy.

The Weight Management Retreat is designed for those who are ready to make lasting changes to their diet and lifestyle and concentrates on prevention, focus and renewal. The wellness team will personalise fitness activities and adjust lifestyle habits to increase metabolic rate and monitor dietary patterns to support weight loss. Guests will learn about healthy meals and how to impart food as medicine.

The Dheva Beauty Retreat is inspired by the three pillars of ayurvedic beauty to revive from within and bring “outer beauty, inner beauty and lasting beauty.” Personalised body therapies are combined with facial and head treatments using herbs, spices and essential oils.
