Richard Dusseau and Elaine Fenard have resigned from the management group Spatality and its spa brand, Nectar, due to "a combination of unfortunate factors".

According to Dusseau, who was the CEO at Spatality, these factors included: "a difference of opinion in the management philosophy and strategic direction".

Ingo Schweder will now head up Spatality as CEO. In addition, the Bangkok office will replace Denver as the company's headquarters. Dusseau and Fenard will continue as managing partners of the US-based consultancy Spa Strategy, which Dusseau launched in 2001.
