Senior management positions at British luxury skincare company Elemis have been appointed to Sean Harrington, Noella Gabriel and Oriele Frank in time for the brand’s 25th anniversary – ushering in a new era of development for the company it expands to the US.

Co-founder Harrington, the driving force behind Elemis’ global expansion, has been promoted to president of Elemis. He has also relocated to Miami as part of a new business plan for growth across the US. He will lend his 30 years’ experience in the industry to expand into the US through digital, TV, shopping, spa and retail platforms.

“This is an incredible opportunity to introduce Elemis to America,” said Harrington. “We’re proud and delighted to introduce this brand to such a dynamic audience.”

Noella Gabriel has created every product and treatment for the brand since 1990, when she co-founded the company. Gabriel has stepped into the role of managing director in the UK, where her focus will be on sales and continuing to position the brand at the forefront of treatment development, training and innovation.

Gabriel has created the new ‘couture’ treatment menu for the recently launched flagship House of Elemis in Mayfair, London. These treatments will roll out globally in 2016. Gabriel also has plans to open the first Elemis Training and Business Academy later in the year.

Oriel Frank, another co-founder, has become chief marketing officer for the brand. Frank is involved in the development of every aspect of the brand, from product conception to formulation, packaging, to marketing, brand design to retail stores and visual merchandising.

In her new role, Frank will provide Elemis with a global level of multi-platform visibility via digital, TV, retail and standalone stores. During the last year, Frank created the brand’s new logo, new packaging design, new imagery and a new e-commerce website to further underpin the global expansion of the skincare company.

Frank is responsible for the vision of couture beauty that makes up the House of Elemis in London too.

Elemis also just announced a tie-up with Nuffield Health gyms. Read about it in our article here.
