POSTED 02 Jan 2020 . BY Megan Whitby
The hotel and residences will occupy the top floors of the World Trade Center.

Launching a property in New Orleans has been a priority for us for many years. We’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to make our debut in this dynamic city.

Four Seasons has announced it will open a property in New Orleans in late 2020.

Developed by Carpenter and Company and Woodward Interests, LLC, the property will include a 341-room hotel and 92 private residences and be situated in downtown New Orleans.

The hotel will occupy the top floor of the World Trade Center, following the building’s major renovation, and will offer panoramic views of both the city and the Mississippi River.

Facilities will include a spa, four dining experiences, retail spaces and a rooftop pool.

The property is owned by Two Canal Owner LLC, in which both developers are partners.
