The residences on the island have sold out and now 50 private estates are up for sale
The design of the Four Seasons Spa is inspired by the cenotes of the Yucatan Peninsula
A separate fitness and wellness centre will offer holistic wellness programmes
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Caye Chapel in Belize is slated to open in 2026, having sold all 35 of its residences.
The first private island Four Seasons in the Western hemisphere, which measures 280 acres, is now taking offers for its 50 private estates.
The accommodations on these even more luxurious plots offer a combination of east and west ocean views, including sweeping views from private terraces.
The estates have multiple bedrooms, expansive lounges, professionally equipped kitchens, generous outdoor living spaces and oceanfront private pools.
Residents and visitors to the 104-key Four Seasons hotel will have access to the cenote-inspired Four Seasons Spa.
Centred around a tranquil relaxation pool, the design mimics the cenotes of the Yucatan Peninsula.
The spa will blend cutting-edge facilities and expertise with ancient Mayan therapies.
A separate fitness and wellness centre will offer holistic wellness programmes that combine fitness, massage, bodywork, spiritual ceremonies and rituals – in collaboration with healing centres in Belize.
The services are said to be inspired by the practices of the Maya and are designed to restore the mind, body, spirit and soul.
Guests will also have access to multiple beach clubs.
The resort is billed as a luxury wellness property with activities such as fishing, diving near the UNESCO-World Heritage designated Belize Barrier Reef System, golf, retail, tennis courts and multiple dining options.
