The operator has promised the resort will be completed with extensive wellness amenities – including a 10-treatment-room spa
The property will become Four Seasons' sixth location in the UAE
Four Seasons has announced plans to expand its presence in the UAE with a new luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah, set within the flagship Mina Al Arab development.

The hospitality giant has partnered with UAE real estate developer RAK Properties to bring the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah to life as part of the 1,000-acre master-planned waterfront destination.

The new resort will feature approximately 150 rooms, suites and signature villas, alongside 130 private residences.

Guests and residents will have access to extensive wellness and leisure facilities including a 10-treatment-room spa, a beauty salon, family and adult pools, a fully equipped fitness centre and paddle, tennis and basketball courts. In addition, the development will be home to indoor event spaces, children’s facilities and a variety of dining and entertainment options.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026, with award-winning international architecture firm Killa Design leading the master plan design. Once completed, Four Seasons Ras Al Khaimah will become the operator's sixth property in the UAE.

Strengthening Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism appeal
“Four Seasons entry into Ras Al Khaimah represents a significant milestone in our strategic expansion within the UAE,” says Bart Carnahan, president, global business development, portfolio management and residential, Four Seasons.

“We’re proud to partner with RAK Properties to bring our shared commitment to service excellence, exceptional quality and unparalleled living to a new destination for guests and residents to explore with a brand they know and trust.”

Ras Al Khaimah is rapidly establishing itself as a key global tourism destination in the UAE. In January, the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority reported its strongest year ever, with a record-breaking 1.28 million overnight visitors in 2024, marking a 12 per cent increase in tourism revenues.

More about Mina Al Arab
Mina, the resort’s future home, is a picturesque waterfront development offering 18 km of private beaches, stunning views of the Hajar Mountains and premium leisure attractions.

The development is divided into two islands, Raha and Hayat. Hayat Island already hosts high-end resorts, including InterContinental, Anantara and Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, with an NH Collection hotel also in the pipeline.

Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties, said: “Mina is at the forefront of our growth and transformation agenda, and this new resort and residences will play a key role in taking us to the next level. We’re proud that Four Seasons, of all of the locations in Ras Al Khaimah, chose Mina.”

The new Four Seasons resort and residences will be in close proximity to all of Mina’s key leisure attractions including spas, waterfront restaurants and cafes and social hubs.
