Fourth Well Hotels to open in Thailand in 2019
POSTED 17 Dec 2018 . BY Jane Kitchen
In addition to the spa and fitness centre, the Phratamnak Well Resort Pattaya will also include a yoga space, petanque lawn and a jogging track
Thailand-based Well Hotels & Resorts will manage a new upscale lifestyle boutique property, Phratamnak Well Resort Pattaya, which is set to open in late 2019.

The 78-bedroom resort – owned by Kasetsinn Co Ltd – features a modern colonial design, and includes a spa and fitness centre, recreation room and kids club, an outdoor swimming pool, wellness space, beach house, restaurant and bar, and meeting facilities.

“Our team has been working closely with all parties during the pre-opening including the design, concept, construction and feasibility,” said Danai Wansom, president & CEO of Well Hotels & Resorts. “The property is located in a beautiful location in Pattaya, facing the Thai Gulf, and this is a popular spot among the Thais and foreign vacationers as it gives a serene, peaceful and family friendly vibes.”

The resort hopes to capitalise on an influx of tourism and meetings and events in the area, and has included meeting facilities for small and mid-sized events.

In addition to the spa and fitness centre, wellness amenities will also include a yoga space, petanque lawn and a jogging track, as well as a family room aimed at those with young children.

Phratamnak Well Resort Pattaya is the fourth property in the portfolio under the management of Well Hotels & Resorts; the first property, Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, opened in 2016, followed by the rebranding and taking over the management of Costa Well Resort Pattaya in Bangsaray and White Sand Beach Residences Pattaya in Na Jomtien.

Thop Chandraprasert, managing director of Kasetsinn Group, said: “We visited Well Hotel Bangkok many times and the hotel is rapidly becoming a favorite option of business and leisure travelers in the bustling Sukhumvit area. We sensed a great business synergy. There is no doubt in our mind that with the Well team marketing driven management style and local and international expertise, our new project is in the right hands.”
