Global Spa Benchmark programme begins

Research company Intelligent Spas is to roll out its first Global Spa Benchmark Program to more than 60 countries.

Intelligent Spas began conducting spa industry research in 2001across the greater Asia Pacific region.

According to the research company, the primary aim of the rollout is to build up a range of consistent key performance indicators that will be comparable across the entire spa industry.
