Leela Udaipur unveiled

Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts group is to open a new resort with a 9,687sq ft (900sq m) spa in Udaipur, India, called The Leela Palace, Kempinski Udaipur, in late 2008.

The group currently has properties in Indian cities including Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore and Kovalam and plans to open sites in Chennai in 2009 and Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi in 2010 as well as the Kumarakom Lake Resort.
