The spa at Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi in Chiang Mai, Thailand, is to launch a series of monthly wellness retreats.
Available from August 2008 to February 2009, the first retreat will be called ‘Reconnecting with Your Inner Self’ and has been devised by the hotel’s director of wellness, Jennifer Simms.
It will incorporate group workshops, one-to-one sessions, spa cuisine, local cultural events and daily wellness activities such as yoga and meditation. Details: mandarinoriental.com
