Cyprus is reportedly experiencing a boom in medical tourism.

The Cyprus Mail claims that a recent survey of private clinics in Cyprus by the Cypriot Health Ministry showed that a total of 60 per cent were involved in medical tourism with some clinics seeing as much as 50 per cent of their business coming from inbound tourists.

According to the newspaper, cosmetic surgery was the most popular procedure, followed by physiotherapy.
