The Members’ Choice Health Club Awards in partnership with
Health Club Management is now open for entry.
The award scheme is unique because the winning clubs are decided by ratings given by members when completing an online survey. Awards measure the quality of customer service, facilities and value for money provided.
The awards are now in their fourth year and over 50,000 are expected to take part.
This year clubs can access new features via the competition website including weekly Member Feedback Reports providing statistical analysis of each clubs performance.
Clubs can also view comments from members when they complete the survey and feed these directly to their own Twitter account providing an instant social media campaign.
Clubs compete regionally in 3 categories – Budget, Mid Market or Premium and there are national categories for chains and the Grand Prix award for Best Club in the UK. As well as recognising clubs the awards will also put the spotlight on individual staff in the People Awards category.
The shortlists for all categories will be published in July and winners will be announced at the Health Club Awards dinner on 30 September 2014 at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on the first night of LIW.
Entry to the competition is open until 1 May and voting will close on 16 June.
