Fashion house Missoni is preparing to open its second Hotel Missoni in the shopping and entertainment district of Salmiya, Kuwait next month.
Designed by architects Dino Georgiou & Partners, Hotel Missoni Kuwait will open in March 2010 and facilities a 16,145sq ft (1,500sq m) spa by the Asia-based Six Senses group.
The spa will be located adjacent to the hotel pool, which will be tiled in the signature Missoni stripes, and the relaxation areas will enjoy views over the Arabian Sea.
The inaugural Hotel Missoni opened in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2009 while a further three properties are being planned for South Africa, Brazil and Oman.
