Musician Moby is giving away four hours of ambient music he created for free. The music is available to download or stream on services like Spotify or Apple Music and Moby describes it as “really quiet: no drums, no vocals, just very slow, calm, pretty chords and sounds and things for sleeping and yoga and etc.”

“Over the last couple of years, I’ve been making really, really, really quiet music to listen to when I do yoga or sleep or meditate or panic,” Moby explained. “I ended up with four hours of music and decided to give it away...feel free to share it or give it away or whatever; it’s not protected or anything, or at least it shouldn’t be.”

Moby is himself a believer in wellness; he practices yoga, is a vegan, and also recently opened Little Pine, an organic vegan bistro in Los Angeles.
