Purdew acquire Champneys

Purdew Health Farm Group, owners of Henlow Grange, Forest Meer, Springs and Inglewood health farms, have acquired the prestigious Champneys group.

The acquisition for an undisclosed sum from a Middle Eastern consortium, includes Champneys' Hertfordshire health resort, established in 1925 and its private members clubs in Piccadilly, the City and Brussels.

The Purdew Group, comprising mother and son Stephen and Dorothy Purdew, aims to further expand the Champneys brand with resorts in Scotland, France, Spain and the Caribbean. Details: +44 (0)1462 818292

Purdew acquire Champneys
