Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc is to visit health resort Chiva-Som in Hua Hin, Thailand, from 2-7 July to work alongside Chiva Som’s executive chef Paisarn Cheewinsiriwat on the resort’s Thai-inspired cuisine.
The visit is part of a reciprocal partnership between Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford, UK, and Chiva-Som, which will see Cheewinsiriwat visit the UK in October this year to cook at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School.
