Seaside Mariana Resort for Nicaragua

Nicaraguan property developer Grupo Mariana has begun work on the Seaside Mariana Resort near Masachapa, Nicaragua.

The resort will be spread across 374 hectares (923 acres) and overlook a private beach from which the land rises to the banks of the Tecolapa River.

Facilities at the resort will include a luxury hotel, a destination spa and a number of private condominiums.

There will also be a Jack Nicklaus-designed championship golf course.
