The Ramside Hall Hotel in Durham, UK, which will open a new spa facility on-site later this year as part of a £16m investment plan, has appointed its senior staff members to ensure the spa is a success. Jill Russell, former spa revenue manager at Rockliffe Hall near Darlington, has been named spa director of the new Ramside Hall Spa – that is set to feature products and treatments by ESPA. Anthony Woodhouse has become general manager for spa and leisure at the new facility, following leisure-related roles at Newcastle’s Village Hotel and the Copthorne Hotel, among others. Phillipa Donnison, again from Rockliffe Hall, is Ramside Hall’s guest services manager at the spa.

announced its spa will stock products and carry out treatments by ESPA.
