A luxury spa is to be added to the Murano Oriental Resort in la Palmeraie, Marrakech, Morocco, north Africa.
Opening in mid-2008, the spa will be situated on the ground floor of the fifth riad, or house, on the property, and be called Donizetti.
It will include a mosaic-lined indoor swimming pool, a black marble hammam, a fitness centre and a number of treatment rooms.
There will also be an open courtyard feature within the riad and another, separate mosaic water feature.
The Murano Oriental Marrakech is the sister property of the Murano Urban hotel in Paris, France, and has a total of 32 guest bedrooms.
