A Doubletree by Hilton golf and spa resort is to be built in Thailand as a joint venture between Hilton Hotels Corporation (HHC), IMG and Destination Properties.
Located a 25 minute drive away from Pattaya on the Eastern Seaboard, the new resort and spa will be the first Doubletree by Hilton-branded property in the Asia Pacific region.
The resort will be developed in two phases by Destination Properties. The first phase – construction of 223 rooms and suites – will be completed over the next year with the remaining 135 suites developed afterwards.
Wellness facilities will include a traditional Thai Spa alongside a Japanese pool spa, with a private plunge pool in many of the bedrooms.
Doubletree by Hilton will be managed by HHC and sports company IMG will be responsible for the operation and management of the golf course.
