In 2025, the brand will branch into wellness real estate and open The Well Bay Harbor Islands in Miami, integrating residences, offices and a wellness club
Modern US wellness brand The Well has promoted Zeev Sharon, formerly VP of real estate, to chief development officer.

Sharon will oversee its global expansion to help grow the business’ branded residential, hospitality and club footprint in major cities across the US and Europe, including its first European location in Geneva slated to open in 2027.

The Well currently has four locations around the world, including its original flagship in NYC and three additional locations in partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection in Connecticut, Costa Rica and Mexico.

In 2025, the brand will launch The Well Bay Harbor Islands in Miami – its first mixed development concept with branded residences, offices and wellness club in partnership with Miami real estate developer Terra, where people can live, work and immerse in wellness daily.

“I’m thrilled to help grow the presence of The Well in the development world as we look to enter more markets in the US and internationally,” said Sharon.

“The upcoming opening of The Well Bay Harbor Islands is our official launchpad into residential and office real estate – we believe that the future of wellness lies within the heart of our homes where people spend a great majority of their lives.

“From residences to hospitality spaces to club concepts, The Well is committed to offering transformative experiences, fueled by the latest innovation and research, to truly help make wellness part of people’s daily lives, setting new standards for wellbeing and approach to care.”

A snapshot of Zeev Sharon’s career

A real estate and hospitality specialist, Sharon has extensive market and category insights through 20 years of industry experience.

He previously served as VP of hotel development at Tishman Hotel & Realty, where he was involved in all aspects of hotel development, acquisition, financing and asset management.

He was also a senior consultant at EY’s Hospitality Advisory Group, advising on hotel developments, mergers and acquisitions, management contracts and other strategic assignments around the globe.

More recently, Sharon was the co-founder and CEO of Mint Kitchen, a fine casual restaurant concept launched in 2019 in NYC.

Prior to that, he was the co-founder and CEO of Hotelied, a travel-tech startup that enabled travellers to unlock personalised discounts at top luxury hotels around the world. Its membership base grew to encompass more than 50,000 travellers.

“With this Fall marking our fifth anniversary, we’re excited to not only celebrate this significant milestone but also appoint Zeev for this new role at The Well to lead the next phase of the brand through ventures in the real estate space,” says Rebecca Parekh, co-founder and CEO of The Well.

“With Zeev’s deep understanding of the development landscape and valuable industry expertise, we aim to bring our integrated medical and holistic wellness services to key spaces around the world furthering our mission to make wellness part of your every day.”
