Organic seaweed skincare brand Voya has named Emma Roberts as head of sales and business development to lead their global team.

The company said it is currently going through a brand evolution to cater for evolving demands in the international spa markets. Roberts has 17 years of experience within the international spa industry, and her main objective is to strategically develop Voya’s business focus within the UK and Ireland.

“We are seeing a greater demand for luxury organic skincare in the UK at the moment and Voya has a generous portfolio to accommodate these consumer trends,” said Roberts. “Voya’s global success is hugely impressive and I look forward to being an integral part of this progressive team.”

The company also has named Pamela Griffin as UK business development manager. Previously, Griffin was regional development manager for Decléor, Carita and Shiseido.

“With the brand evolution taking place, this is an extremely exciting time for Voya and I’m raring to rise to the challenges set,” said Griffin.
