The US-based XpressSpa company has opened two new airport spas at Cancun International Airport, Mexico, in Terminals 2 and 3.
The group, which was founded in 2004, currently operates a total of 14 airport spas around the US, including those at JFK and San Francisco International Airport.
XpressSpa, which has head offices in New York, will also launch at the Amsterdam Airport Schipohl in the Netherlands in November this year. It will feature massage, nail and skin care services with all treatments aimed at those who are short on time.
XpressSpa currently provides spa services to more than 200,000 travellers a year, with a customer base of 53 per cent men and 47 per cent women. It also attracts an estimated 14 per cent of people returning for repeat business.
