Ground-breaking research establishes best times of day to exercise

An international team of scientists has carried out a study to help gauge how and why exercise
performed at different times of the day can have different effects on the body. The research focused on
how the body produces different health-promoting signalling molecules which have a broad impact on
health, influencing sleep, memory, exercise performance and metabolic homeostasis.

age of 40 added just 10 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity to their daily routine,
according to research.
