ISPA Foundation names Quincy Reynolds 2019 Mary Tabacchi Scholarship winner

2019 Mary Tabacchi Scholarship. Reynolds will be honoured onstage during the General
Session at the 2019 ISPA Conference & Expo at The Venetian in Las Vegas, taking place
11-13 September 2019.
