The International SPA Association (ISPA) has released its annual findings of US spa industry financial indicators, reporting the industry continues to grow as it surpassed the US $15bn (€13.3bn, £9.7bn) mark.
Qosmedix moves corporate headquarters

Industry supplier Qosmedix has moved its corporate headquarters and warehouse to a 95,000sq ft (8,826sq m) facility in Ronkonkoma, New York, US. The climate-controlled building is equipped with an ISO Class 8 Clean Room and will combine its two divisions, Qosmedix and Quosina, under one roof.

Steiner Leisure has signed a definitive merger agreement under which an affiliate of private equity firm Catterton will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Steiner for US$65 (€56, £41) per share in cash. The total transaction value, including assumed net debt, is approximately US$925m (€799m, £599m).
