Italian spa house Comfort Zone has launched a daily life plan for wellness at Armathwaite Hall Country House Hotel & Spa in the Lake District.
Called Life Regimen, the plan is based on four elements – skin, diet, exercise and rest – and is shaped around Comfort Zone’s new skin regimen brand and literature.
There are three different options: a membership plan which emphasises longevity and positive ageing, and includes a combination of different personal training classes, spa treatments, and workshops; a day spa which combines the four elements of the plan; and an exclusive three-day retreat programme that includes treatments, activities, and learning sessions which aim to introduce a new lifestyle concept that guests can continue to use when they return home.
Armathwaite Hall Country House Hotel & Spa said Life Regimen would allow it to meet the increased demand for healthy lifestyles while targeting the leisure market with “different options”.
“We saw real alignment with our ideas for a ‘positive-ageing’ approach and commitment to introduce services and learning opportunities in a straightforward and practical way,” said spa director Colin Farndon of the plan. “People are bombarded these days with a lot of, often confusing, information about diet and lifestyle, and have lost sight of a simple sense of balance which is at the core of any successful, long term approach to health and longevity.”
Spa Longevity Week
Comfort Zone is organising a Spa Longevity Week between 8-14 September, which aims to introduce the company’s longevity and lifestyle concept. Comfort Zone spas and salons will offer skin regimen treatments and longevity packages at a special price throughout the week, while a variety of activities, such as master classes and health checks, will take place.
