Being copied is no coincidence within the wellness experience, excellence does not repeat itself; it inspires and evolves
– Vladi Kovanic, founder, Forum Hotel & Spa

Vladi Kovanic, founder of Forum Hotel and Spa (Forum HOTel&SPA), shares her thoughts on the evolution of the hotel and spa industry ahead of the 2026 edition of the industry event.

In the world of luxury and wellness, experience is no longer a simple service: it has become a signature offering. True luxury has moved beyond material accumulation to reside in the quality of moments lived, in the sovereign freedom to master one’s own time and in the depth of emotion felt.

For more than twenty-five years, I have been deeply involved in the organisation of events dedicated to high-end wellness and hospitality. This journey has allowed me to observe, anticipate and support the profound transformations of an industry in constant evolution; one where traditional codes are giving way to more sensory, immersive and authentic experiences.

Over the past two years, this expertise has taken on a new dimension. A strategic collaboration was established with Mark Moloney and Professional Beauty Group, following the group’s acquisition of the show. While the group brings international reach and global vision, I remain the soul and curator of Forum Hotel & Spa, guided by a renewed vision of luxury and the human experience.

My mission is clear: to create memorable moments and to propose new ways of embracing time, restoring meaning to lived experiences and opening pathways to living and serving better.

Today, wellness extends far beyond technical care. It has become a holistic, emotional and immersive experience. The 2026 edition of Forum Hotel and Spa: The Future of Hospitality stands as a true laboratory for this transformation.

This year, I have selected leading international experts to explore the pillars shaping the future:

  • Artificial intelligence applied to luxury hospitality,
  • Product innovation and next-generation cosmetics,
  • Cutting-edge equipment redefining wellness spaces,
  • New philosophies of service, where the art of hospitality lies at the intersection of heritage and forward-thinking vision

The relevance of this programme is reflected in the global recognition of our speakers. As I often say, being copied is no coincidence within the wellness experience, excellence does not repeat itself; it inspires and evolves.

On 2nd June 2026, the Forum Hotel and Spa invites industry professionals to experience a moment suspended in time. More than a trade show, it is a confidential and strategic gathering designed to:

  • anticipate the structural shifts of the sector
  • strengthen professional autonomy in the face of technological change
  • foster meaningful and lasting connections among decision-makers and visionaries

I look forward to welcoming you as we co-create the future of hospitality and restore meaning to the art of service.
