Making its debut at Hotelympia will be the new Hydro dishwasher from Classeq.
A totally re-engineered pass-through machine, it has wash cycle times from one and a half to three minutes and can process up to 40 big (500 x 500mm) racks, or around 720 dinner plates, every hour.
The Hydro has green credentials as well, a full coverage filter system meaning that since the washwater is kept cleaner the tank doesn't need refilling so often which saves water.
And using less water means it uses both less energy and less detergent so cost savings are available as well.
For operators, the machine's controls are simple and clear and an Auto Start function means the wash cycle begins automatically when the hood is shut. It also has a variety of self-cleaning features.
Classeq will also be highlighting its current range - from its popular Eco and Duo undercounter compacts, the latest versions of which will also be on show, to the big Alto rack conveyor models, capable of washing up to 5,000 plates an hour.
