The computer’s 3D vision and artificial intelligence software offers real-time body analysis for tailored treatments / Ionto-Comed

Ionto-Comed has created an intelligent robotic massage system, iRiS to offer a solution to spas suffering from a shortage of spa therapists, which can often lead to therapist overload and service gaps.

The new robotic system is compact and mobile, integrating into existing treatment rooms.
The computer’s 3D vision and artificial intelligence software offers real-time body analysis for tailored treatments.

It can be in operation 24/7, reducing labour costs and preventing therapist burn-out. It can also be used to take over the muscle-warming phase of a massage before a more targeted therapist-led treatment is required.

Designed to create safe and consistent treatments for spa guests, it also opens massage experiences to new markets, such as those who are uncomfortable in a traditional massage setting.
