TAC, the Austrian software vendor, has now installed its 'Reservation Assistant' Spa and Activity Software in more than 50 countries, following its work at the Park Hyatt Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
Easily adjusted to the demands of each country, the Reservation Assistant software is available as a fixed installation but can also be used as an Application Service Provider solution via the internet.
Available in 16 different languages, a Chinese version of the software is also now available at no additional charge to existing customers. TAC estimates that 4,500 users work with the software each day.
