The RedTouch is opening up opportunities for an in-demand market segment of patients from their mid-20s and upwards who are looking to invest in their future skin health

Aesthetic technology distributor Lynton Lasers has launched a laser manufactured by Italian medical systems company Deka Lasers called RedTouch Pro.
The device is one of the first non-invasive laser systems that is said to directly and selectively stimulate collagen.
It has been developed to meet consumer demand for regenerative treatments and ‘collagen banking’ – taking supplements and having treatments to stimulate the production of the protein before it declines.
The 675nm wavelength laser is said to stimulate collagen types I, III and IV without damaging the skin. Collagen type I provides structural strength to the dermis, alongside type III, which is also found in muscles, blood vessels and organs. Type IV forms a sheet of tissue that supports cells in other organs.
The laser has been designed to be safe for effective treatment of ageing, skin laxity, uneven tone and photodamage.
Lynton Lasers also says clinical studies show improvements in skin smoothness, firmness and tone after just 3-5 sessions, with zero downtime. The sessions are quick and operator-friendly.
Dr Sam Hills, clinical director, Lynton Lasers, told Spa Business, “The RedTouch is opening up opportunities for an in-demand market segment of patients from their mid-20s and upwards who are looking to invest in their future skin health.
“The ‘collagen banking’ trend is booming and the regular subscription model we recommend for RedTouch customers allows for predictable, repeatable revenue and increased customer retention and loyalty over time,” added Hills. “It also gives patients an affordable route to regular collagen-boosting treatments that deliver cumulative benefits over time.”
